At Raíces Brewing Co., we’ve crafted a unique brewpub experience that thrives on three pillars: a strong commitment to community, authentic cultural events, and high-quality craft beer (cervezas artesanales). Our Raíces SEEDS programs further enhance this by creating opportunities and access for underrepresented groups within the brewing industry.

Community: 
We are deeply embedded in our surroundings and aware of both the strengths and challenges within our neighborhood. Raíces is dedicated to benefiting the vibrant Sun Valley area, the Latino community, and the broader city of Denver. Through our volunteer program, Raíces Nation, we invite individuals and groups to participate in community initiatives and have a voice in shaping our events.

Examples of our community efforts include:

• Organizing food and toy drives for families in Sun Valley and Latin American countries.

• Participating in Platte River cleanups and local multicultural festivals.

• Hosting events that celebrate and showcase the authenticity of Latin American and Caribbean traditions.

• Creating art workshops featuring local artists.

• Conducting fundraising events aligned with our vision.

Raíces serves as a platform for Latino and local artisans, food trucks, chefs, and small businesses, ensuring they gain visibility and foster a continuous presence in our community. We also act as a cultural hub, where individuals can celebrate their heritage, recognize important milestones, and form meaningful connections through shared experiences.

Culture:
Our diverse cultural agenda is designed to uplift Latino arts and culture. At Cervecería Latina, we emphasize (1) showcasing the rich traditions of Latin America, the Caribbean, and U.S. Latino culture; (2) crafting unique beer recipes inspired by our heritage; and (3) delivering an authentic Raíces experience through our dedicated crew and leadership.

Cerveza:
Our approach to beer is threefold: (1) We produce high-quality craft beers made with carefully selected ingredients, boasting eight national homebrew awards and six international accolades prior to our taproom opening. (2) We focus on creating opportunities for underrepresented groups in the craft beer industry through Raíces SEEDS internship programs, striving for a more inclusive workforce. (3) We educate the public about the art and science of craft brewing, sharing the passion that goes into each batch.
