BILINGUAL SERVERS
Raíces Brewing Company is looking to hire part-time Bilingual (Spanish-English) Servers to support Raíces’ vision, mission, values and culture, while providing a proactive and positive attitude with Raíces team and guests.
Servers are responsible for providing genuine-respectful hospitality and exceeding guest expectations, exceling community engagement, in addition to providing education about beverages, including craft beer and beer styles to visitors.
Servers will be reporting directly to the Taproom Leadership and management. This position is a part time job with an expected workload between 15-32 hours per week. Schedules are subject to change depending on programming and scheduling requirements. Main hours will be after 7 a.m., afternoons, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent taproom experience ensuring items are delivered accurately, properly managed with quality control, in a timely manner. Customer needs are fulfilled, the work is done guest focused, nurturing an excellent guest experience.

Serve food and items related to food appropriately, making sure the quality and the serving of food is proper. Cleanliness of the areas we serve food and how we serve them is essential.

Read Newsletters and messages sent in the Front of the House WhatsApp chat to be ready for your shift, share programming information with guests and visitors as possible, set up the taproom correctly for the effective flow of the day, follow instructions from administration and programs coordinators, at the same time that your provide guidance and support to artisans, artists and any other partner as needed.

Learn all RBC products available to provide the right information to our visitors and colleagues. Have extensive product knowledge regarding Raíces Brewing Co. Beers and craft beer in general.

Knowledge in bartending. Prepare/serve alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar, and taproom guests.

Keep the bar organized, clean and all items (including crowlers) properly dated/labeled and rotated in the fridges.

Responsible for reporting all information related to situations in the taproom or with the products (including when situations with beer and taps occur). PART-TIME BILINGUAL TAPROOM LEAD (BILINGUAL TAPROOM MANAGER)
The Bilingual Taproom Lead (Bilingual Taproom Manager (TM)) oversees the needs of the front of house and manages Front of House (FOH) Team (e.g. servers,shift captains/lead team, hostesses, bussers, and any other member of the front of house group). The TM aligns and implements Raíces Brewing Company (RBC) policies, structures,vision,values and culture, while providing a safe, proactive and positive environment among the team and its guests. The TM is responsible for managing daily taproom operations, including beverage, food, and service processes, optimizing sales and profits, developing and executing Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals, equipment oversight and maintenance, inventory, stocking, and supplies control, effective training, interviewing, supervising and managing Front of the House crew, development and performance of team members, payroll, termination of employments, and any other task related to effectively and successfully covering taproom needs, organization and management. In addition, the TM ensures guest satisfaction and assures the Raíces experience is delivered by management and all team members effectively, providing genuinely respectful hospitality while exceeding guest expectations.
The TM is supervised and will be reporting directly to the COO and is evaluated by the RBC administration/executive management team. The TM works in tandem with the COO and executive team to perpetuate, build and maintain a positive and proactive work culture. This position is very demanding with an expected work load ranging from 30-35 hours per week. Schedules are subject to change depending on the company's needs and programming requirements. Main hours will be during afternoons, evenings, and weekends, although staff and community meetings, inventory days can happen during daytime hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Taproom Manager:

Provides on-going coaching and appropriate progressive discipline and management to all Front of the House (FOH) Team Members in the brewery, managing appropriate documentation and ensuring each Team Member to achieve clarity in the job tasks, know their current level of performance and expectation level in the job.

Increases sales in the taproom by providing the highest levels of uncompromising quality of food, beverage, reception, greeting, atmosphere and service.

Coordinates, directs, manages and supervises day-to-day operations to ensure all standards of RBC quality and service are achieved during each shift.

Provides orientation and training according to all RBC training systems, standards and manuals for new hires, and develops any training, documentation, manuals needed to cover new standards and policies to be implemented.

Communicates all policy changes/updates to the Taproom team, standardizes operations in the taproom through SOP documentation, generates detailed descriptions of functions within the taproom based on best practices and innovative solutions in the form of documentation, Coordinates with the Executive team to review and implement new SOPs as necessary, regularly check in with the Executive team & Taproom team to maintain high morale and team culture.

BILINGUAL COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Raíces Brewing Company is looking to CONTRACT a Bilingual (Spanish-English) and Multi-cultural Communications & Marketing Associate (CMA) to support the company’s vision, programming, and pillars: Community, Culture and Cerveza using both languages Spanish and English.
The CMA accomplishes communications and presentation of our brand, creates a variety of digital external and internal marketing and communication projects, manages social media postings, creates website content and management, press releases, documents needed for public relations and outreach, present and analyze marketing strategies to engage the general community with Raíces, creates beautiful and intentional reports, scripts, documents and emails as needed for the administration and outreach purposes. The CMA is responsible to establish relationships, send materials and information to media outlets to continue bringing new clientele to Raíces.
Communications & Marketing Associate will be reporting directly to the COO and work in tandem with the Raíces Creative team and administration to perpetuate a positive and proactive work culture. The position is created with a creative, problem-solving, fast-paced and problem-solver personality in mind with an expected work load of approx. 10-20 hours per week.

Raíces Brewing Company is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Programs Coordinator to support the company's vision. Responsibilities include programming and executing events, creating message content and managing email, calendar, contracts, reservations, and managing community/cultural programs including managing coordinators through Raíces Nación, and creating Facebook events. Bilingual (Spanish & English) - expected to greet people and talk about Pinchos and grill procedures with visitors
The Pincher@ (Grill Cook) responds directly to RBC Executive Team and it will be supervised by them and an outside kitchen Chef. It will be trained to cook pinchos following our guidelines. It will be evaluated in the work, tasks and expectations of the position.
References will be requested. Able to work in the USA.
Type of Work: Part- Time Contract. BASE $15.29 + TIPS (about $25 (low season) per hour - in high season is higher per hour)

Hands-on helper: paint fences, clean areas, electrician, clean windows, help labeling crowlers, etc.
